GUEST PASS POLICY

The Y encourages our members to bring guests that are interested in joining! Guests must adhere to the following guidelines:

• All guests must sign our waiver and allow their photo to be taken for our membership records.
• All guests under the age of 10 must be accompanied (under direct supervision) by an adult 18 years of age or older (unless participating in a Y program).  All guests must be 12 years old or older to access the Wellness Center.
• Youth under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to accessing the facility. Click HERE to set up your membership account online. (Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Non-Member. Fill out the parent/legal guardian's information first as the primary account holder, then add any youth you'd like to have access to the facility)
• Guest passes may be purchased for $10 per person. Guest passes are valid for the entire day they are purchased. You may leave the facility after purchasing your guest pass and re-enter the same day.
• Guests are only allowed in the facility during our staffed hours. For more information on our 24/7 facility access, click HERE.
• All guests must adhere to the Y's policies as stated in our Membership Policies Packet (available upon request) and the posted rules within the facility.

AWAY PROGRAM - ALWAYS WELCOME AT THE Y!

For Y member guests from Ys participating in Nationwide Membership, you are welcome at our Y during our staffed hours. Please click HERE for our current staffed hours. Please check in with Member Services and provide your membership card. Your Y membership will be verified by Y staff (your membership must be active and in good standing), your photo will be taken for our records, you must complete your information in our system, and sign our waiver.
